Training and Workshop

Agni Raksha believes in constantly upgrading the skills and potential of its staff members. It attempts to understand the needs of the staff in alignment with the needs of the programme. It believes that the large number of burn victims and well as non-burn victims who work as staff members have contributed to Agni Raksha’s credibility and success. Yet at the same time, there are several areas of improvement, as well as there is a need to keep pace with the evolving requirements of the programme. The senior management of Agni Raksha is constantly motivating the staff members to put in their best, but ultimately the trigger of change can happen when the staff members take pride in themselves and their work.
